Josh and everyone on his team was absolutely amazing!! It was the first time I ever bought and sold at the same time, and he was very knowledgeable on how to time things, and very patient with me when I got anxious. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism, maturity and kindness that Josh showed, as well as by everyone on his team and everyone he recommended. Buying and selling at the same time, and during a pandemic, should have been scary- but working with such a wonderful team of people made it truly a wonderful experience. Very professional! Josh did a really thorough job communicating during the entire home search and buying process. He did a great job pointing out all aspects of our home while in the buying process in regard to things to be aware of, what might need updating, or even things we would need to address with the seller in the contract. He is very generous and considerate with his time while maintaining a great relationship with all his buyers and sellers. Josh is very approachable and takes time to answer any questions you have at any point in the process. I never felt silly for asking questions...Josh has done pie giveaways, birthday cards, and even emails to stay updated with our home purchase. I would highly recommend (and have to many friends) Josh to anyone to help buy or sell your home!
